What I'm looking for

I seek hands-on senior engineering roles where I can improve architecture, mentor teams, ensure software quality, work with C/C++ on Linux, and solve high-throughput system challenges.

I am a senior software engineer with 30 years of experience building high-throughput, reliable systems in Unix/Linux using C and modern C++ (up to C++17). I specialize in multi-threading, inter-process communication, telecommunications protocols and I prioritize software quality and good engineering practices.

Throughout my career I have served as a technical leader and mentor, reviewing designs and code, driving architectural improvements, and reducing technical debt. I have developed complex products for pick-and-place equipment, semiconductor metrology, smart lighting embedded devices, and large-scale telecom core systems handling thousands of transactions per second.

I am hands-on across the full development cycle — from high- and low-level design to implementation, testing and deployment — and I actively share knowledge through talks and coaching to raise team capability and product reliability.
