At Convivity Technology, I lead end-to-end delivery for an e-learning platform serving 250K+ US users, coordinating engineering, design, and QA across a team of eight.
I write PRDs, prioritize the roadmap, and stay hands-on in the Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL codebase so product decisions remain grounded in engineering reality. I was promoted from Frontend Developer to Project Manager based on consistent delivery ownership.
I resolved a production database indexing failure by fixing problematic queries and authoring migration scripts that safely updated millions of records with zero data loss. I also led Stripe and PayPal integrations supporting subscription and one-time payments processing $30Kâ$40K monthly.
Beyond platform delivery, I built the team's GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline, designed a Payload CMS for 20â30 courses, and develop full-stack products including an art auction marketplace and an interactive tech learning platform.
