What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead a safe, ambitious online alternative provision where safeguarding, SEND-informed practice, relational engagement and evidence-led quality systems help pupils re-engage and progress.

I build safe, ambitious provision for pupils experiencing SEND, SEMH, anxiety, trauma, disengagement and barriers to education. My work combines safeguarding-first leadership, relational practice and evidence-led quality improvement.

At Northfield School & Sports College, I coordinated education and pastoral support, served as Deputy DSL and worked with families, EHCP information, LADO, MASH and multi-agency professionals to support pupil welfare, access and progress. I also led children and young people’s programmes at Tennis World, with DSL responsibility, staff development and service quality across multiple activities.

I now support remote alternative provision through SEND tutor interviewing and online invigilation at Targeted Provision, alongside therapeutic youth mentoring at Insight Wellbeing Services and external moderation for NCFE. I bring practical experience of safer recruitment, remote operations, quality assurance and building systems that help pupils trust, engage and progress.
