What I'm looking for

I’m looking to join a new team where I can support smooth operations—handling registrations, schedules, and client experience accurately. I’m eager to learn, bring reliability to the front line, and help the team succeed.

I’m a hardworking professional with several years’ experience supporting high-volume client and hospital environments. I take pride in managing schedules, making appointments, and providing optimal client experience with poise and grace.

In my most recent role as an Exams Officer for Tutors and Exams South Africa, I handled end-to-end exam administration—capturing registrations, invoicing and following up on payments, registering candidates before deadlines, and managing exam safe keeping and key control. I also captured exam results on results days and ensured rooms were set up and allocated according to seating plans while following Awarding Organizations regulations.

Earlier, I served as a Personal Assistant to the Hospital Manager and Nursing Manager at Netcare, Waterfall City Hospital. I scheduled meetings and managed calendars, answered phone calls and emails, took accurate meeting notes, planned travel and ground transportation, coordinated events, and drafted correspondence.

I began my career in hospital administration as a Ward Administrator at Netcare (Unitas and Margate Hospitals), where I supported day-to-day ward operations in fast-paced settings. I managed stock/inventory control, assisted with timecard management, handled patient and doctors’ queries and complaints, and was appointed as the Hospital Document Controller in 2016—managing internal and external documents.
