Handled all incoming events and MICE leads, including communication, negotiation, and contracting. Served in a senior leadership role with Manager on Duty responsibilities and attended networking events weekly.

Analyzed local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies for market leadership. Developed customer accounts and traveled locally to drive business and increase market share. Managed a team of 5 staff performances in compliance with company policies.

Led the Events Concierge and Events Service Agent team. Worked closely with the sales team for site inspections, met with group organizers prior to functions, and ensured all arrangements were agreeable. Responded to and fulfilled special banquet event arrangements.

Pursued studies in International Hospitality & Tourism Management at East Asia Institute of Management (EASB) in Singapore from April 2013 to October 2015.
