I seek a compliance role focused on BSA/AML program leadership, investigative work, regulatory engagement, and staff training within a collaborative, risk-focused organization.

I am a seasoned compliance professional focused on BSA/AML, KYC/CIP, and regulatory risk mitigation with extensive hands-on experience at a federally chartered credit union.

In my current role I developed and implemented the institution's Compliance Plan and BSA Compliance Program, led special investigations into suspicious activity, drafted analytical reports with corrective actions, and coordinated with legal counsel and regulators to resolve regulatory matters.

I design and deliver compliance training programs that improve staff awareness of laws, fraud prevention, suspicious activity reporting, and currency transaction reporting, and I have repeatedly supported growth and operational efficiency through policy review and process improvements.
