What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead talent, development and AI-enabled HR transformation where I can partner closely with business leaders, build scalable people systems, and turn workforce data into measurable business outcomes.

At Rappi, I built the first Talent Centre of Excellence and AI-enabled talent infrastructure, rolling out talent, learning and succession programmes to 6,000+ employees across seven markets. I also delivered USD 230K+ in annual savings through organisational redesign while maintaining full business continuity.

I've partnered with leaders at Nestlé, Unilever, Quala, Homecenter Sodimac and LATAM Airlines across commercial, operations, supply chain, finance and corporate functions. My work has reduced critical skill gaps, improved productivity, strengthened retention, increased internal mobility and turned people data into decisions leaders can act on.

As a psychologist with a psychometrics foundation, I bridge people and P&L through workforce planning, organisational design, talent strategy, learning and people analytics. I build practical AI-enabled HR products end to end, from workflow redesign and prototypes to full-stack launch and adoption.
