I'm looking to help a growing business build high-performing teams, lead candidate strategy and key searches, and contribute across multidimensional responsibilities that play to my strengths.

At Vertical Advantage, I lead candidate management strategy, train recruiters, and deliver key and niche searches for clients including Nestlé, Sainsbury's, Lactalis, Bel UK, Helly Hansen, and Sazerac. I was promoted from Senior Talent Delivery Executive to Talent Manager after consistently performing at the top level, including billing over £150,000 in 2025.

I've built recruitment functions, won new business, managed client accounts, and supported candidates from sourcing through placement across FMCG, finance, IT, biotech, and professional services. I enjoy growing businesses where people can take on multidimensional roles built around their strengths.
