At Cushman & Wakefield, I lead a team responsible for global AR reporting, unapplied cash analysis, customer collections, reconciliations, dashboards, and internal controls. I partner with Service Lines, Shared Services, Global Accounting, and business stakeholders to resolve aged AR, revenue recognition, third-party payout, and intercompany issues.
Previously at Barry-Wehmiller, I supervised cash application and invoicing for a six-person team and led an internal audit of 2021 cash postings that uncovered $1.9 million in confirmed errors, which I successfully resolved by accurately reapplying payments to customer accounts. I have also supported accounts receivable, cash reconciliation, journal entries, invoicing, collections, client services, and regulatory reporting at Panera Bread, Kemper, Partners Financial Services, and Concordance Health Care Solutions.
I use Alteryx, Power BI, Excel, Workday, Oracle, QuickBooks, Salesforce, and billing portals to improve reporting, automate processes, and strengthen invoice and cash application accuracy.
