What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can run rigorous quantitative policy research—leading survey execution, ensuring data quality, and supporting monitoring & evaluation using SPSS and DOI—to help strengthen sustainable development programs with strong stakeholder collaboration.

I’m a MA Development Studies candidate at ISSER, University of Ghana, focused on quantitative policy evaluation and sustainable development. My thesis—“Determinants of Credit-Input Model Adoption under the Feed Ghana Program (FGP) in Akwapim South”—reflects how I combine theory with evidence to improve program outcomes. I’m also currently leveraging Diffusion of Innovations (DOI) theory and SPSS to analyze the 2026 FeedGhana Program (FGP) and the Smart Input Credit System (GhAAP).

As an Associate Researcher with GSS, AGI, and the Ghana Jobs and Skills Program (2023–2025), I conducted large-scale surveys and interviews to collect reliable data for national economic and business analysis. I ensured high data accuracy through meticulous recording and verification processes, and I collaborated with multi-disciplinary teams and supervisors to keep fieldwork efficient and on track.

Earlier, I supported research design, field data collection, and literature reviews as a Research Assistant at the Institute for Environment and Sanitation Studies (IESS) (2021–2022), while maintaining strict ethical research standards, data security, and confidentiality. I also contributed M&E support as a volunteer for the Local Conference of Youths (LCOY) Ghana in preparation for COP29, and in parallel I’ve strengthened my practical business perspective through client engagement and business development (market trends, inventory management, financial management systems, and pricing strategies).
