At Outlier (Scale AI), I contributed to the Aether project by evaluating and refining AI model outputs. I also analyzed and transcribed audio, assessing spoken-language accuracy, tone, and nuance.

Across Outlier, Appen, and DataAnnotation, I ranked and reviewed AI-generated responses against quality criteria, corrected language issues, and completed English–Vietnamese evaluation tasks.
