At Quest Analytics, I processed, validated, and normalized provider roster submissions from 175 provider groups and health systems. I achieved 96% on-time roster submissions across assigned provider groups, exceeding the team’s 90% target.
I supported provider data readiness for national health plans and served as the roster operations specialist representative for 10 health plans and payer clients. I also used Power Query and Salesforce Data Loader to optimize lead lists and prepare records for live campaigns.
