At Duet Technologies, I built the internal Credentialing Department from the ground up, bringing operations in-house and creating scalable workflows for compliant provider credentialing.

I manage multi-state payer enrollment, re-enrollment, provider validation, CAQH profiles, attestations, documentation, and ongoing maintenance. I also use Monday.com, HubSpot, and Claude to centralize data, automate recurring work, improve process consistency, and resolve enrollment issues before they delay provider participation.

Previously at connectRN, I managed credentialing and onboarding for approximately 180–200 clinicians each month across 10 states supporting Skilled Nursing Facility staffing. I conducted primary-source verification, maintained credential files and renewals, completed compliance audits, and partnered with recruiting and market teams on state-specific requirements.

My background also includes healthcare operations at Aspen Dental, clinician support at Gale Healthcare, and multi-site retail operations leadership. I bring practical experience in compliance, provider data management, workflow development, reporting, team coordination, and high-volume operations.
