What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a mid-level HR role where I can own HR operations and drive hiring and employee engagement.

At GT & Elevado Software Pvt Ltd, I manage full-cycle recruitment across two branches, hiring for technical and non-technical roles. I’ve built talent pipelines through collaborations with consultancies, colleges, NGOs, and financial-sector partners.

I also manage onboarding, attendance, leave, and payroll validation, and work with the finance team on salary computation and GST reporting. My responsibilities include statutory records, employee relations, HR policies, and workforce planning.

Previously, at Cleardu Fintech Pvt Ltd, I sourced and screened candidates, supported onboarding and monthly payroll preparation, and handled employee queries and exit documentation. I’m pursuing an MBA in Human Resources & Finance and hold a Human Resource Management System (HRMS) certification.
