What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role in administration, customer support, healthcare administration, or digital production operations where I can manage workflows, support clients, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate teams.

I manage daily print production at Office Depot, coordinating 30–50 projects weekly while keeping orders accurate and on time. I prepare files, troubleshoot printer and software issues, and help customers submit projects remotely and in person.

I create business materials using Canva, Affinity, Microsoft Publisher, and Adobe tools, and I train new associates through hands-on coaching. As a key holder, I also support inventory, cash handling, secured-area access, and opening and closing operations.

Earlier, I managed automotive sales cycles and CRM follow-up, and at Elements Massage I delivered therapeutic sessions, maintained SOAP notes, and supervised 10–13 therapists as Co-Lead Therapist.
