At Humantold Management, I manage client intake workflows and audit EMR and CRM records for accuracy, helping identify discrepancies before they affect scheduling, authorization, or billing.

I investigate workflow issues and coordinate resolutions across stakeholders while maintaining HIPAA compliance. I also submit system enhancement recommendations and work with leadership and clinical teams on intake and consent process improvements.

At Ivy Rehab for Kids, I verified pediatric insurance eligibility, benefits, referrals, and authorizations, and resolved registration and coverage discrepancies. I used Power BI to monitor arrival rates, cancellations, and outreach effectiveness.

At Temple University Health System, I used Epic and MyChart to support registration, scheduling, documentation, and patient communication. I also helped coworkers navigate Epic, troubleshot user issues, and escalated technical concerns.
