I’m a customer-focused professional with strong experience in high-volume service environments, including retail management, safety operations, and customer account handling. I’m known for resolving issues efficiently, communicating clearly, and staying professional under pressure.

In my most recent role as a Traffic Control Technician, I directed traffic flow safely through construction and road work zones. I set up and removed traffic control devices, ensured compliance with safety regulations and company procedures, and coordinated communication with team members, contractors, and the public.
