I have experience working in customer service, handling phone and email support for various clients. In my previous roles, I have worked in the verification department, assisted customers with their bank concerns, and handled pet booking concerns. I have also been trained as a Team Lead Apprentice, learning how to handle a team, perform admin tasks, and create reports.

I possess certificates in being a Certified Recruiter and completing the Coach Track Trainee program. I am a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual with strong communication skills.
