I’m a results-driven Human Resource Management professional and student with hands-on internship experience supporting HR operations in an NGO setting. I’m ready to take on HR Officer responsibilities with a strong academic foundation in Strategic HRM, Administrative Law, and Financial Management, while bringing disciplined HR administration to every delegated task.

During my Human Resource Intern experience at Caritas Lira, I supported day-to-day HR human resource operations under supervision of the HR Manager, including maintaining employee records and HR documentation, assisting with recruitment support (filing and organizing applicant documents), and handling HR-related administrative tasks and correspondence. I’m passionate about improving employee performance, strengthening organizational growth through effective people management, and pursuing continuous professional development.
