At Devoteam, I set up PMO functions for government entities, developing governance frameworks, lifecycle methodologies, policies, templates, and performance monitoring tools aligned with PMI standards.

I manage PMO operations for government and social development projects, monitoring schedules, risks, issues, and deliverables using MS Project. I also prepare executive reports and presentations to support project sponsors and agency leadership in decision-making.

Before Devoteam, I established the HR department at Basket JO from scratch and served as the sole HR professional at liwwa Inc. I handled recruitment and people operations, designed employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives, and facilitated objective and KPI setting with managers.
