At Boeing, I acted as the client-side programme lead for implementing Resource Tracking in Beeline, transitioning 7,000+ external workers and 800+ suppliers from manual tracking into the VMS. I provided operational direction on workflows and rollout, and led stakeholder adoption.
I supported post-implementation recovery by mapping the end-to-end process, identifying control gaps and operational pain points, and owning improvement actions with the MSP. I also use programme data and escalation trends to address recurring service issues and improve performance.
Across Boeing’s international programme, I provide governance across three MSP regions, international suppliers and internal stakeholder teams. I also provide temporary Team Lead coverage across Contingent Labour and Purchased Services.
Earlier at Boeing, I designed a global compliance-documentation process with Docusign, partnering with Legal and Compliance on country-specific requirements. I’ve also supported worker lifecycle activity, Beeline processes and contingent workforce transition work; I received an HR Excellence Award in connection with programme/MSP delivery.
