What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a role creating learner-centered e-learning and onboarding experiences at a collaborative company valuing design, storytelling and measurable impact.

I’m Lily, a multidisciplinary creative who blends design, storytelling, and visual experimentation to shape emotional, clear and interactive learning experiences that connect deeply with people.

I’ve designed interactive e-learning modules, microlearning, gamified content, animated explainers, visual documentation and UX-style workflows to translate complex technical topics into engaging, impactful learning. I also created onboarding programs, assessments and coaching to drive retention and performance.
