What I'm looking for

I'm looking to coordinate digital projects and programs where I can organize workflows, support teams, analyze results, and use data and AI tools to improve delivery and decision-making.

I've designed and delivered digital programs at Academia por la Democracia, reaching more than 1,200 participants while coordinating projects, training teams, platforms, workflows, and performance tracking. At FDSI, I developed systems for digital information analysis and program workflows to support decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.

I've also trained more than 300 participants in digital skills and online communication through ODH, supported digital skills programs with PADF, and designed a virtual academy for an Argomedia/USAID digital learning project. I'm currently pursuing a Data Science degree and use tools including Asana, Smartsheet, Notion, SharePoint, Google Workspace, and AI tools to organize information, monitor results, and improve programs.
