Delfina Schiarite

At Universidad de Palermo, I coordinate administrative and technical support for more than 60 online courses and 2,400 students, using Zendesk, PeopleSoft and other digital platforms to keep academic operations moving.

I research and introduce generative AI and digital tools into everyday academic administration, coach faculty through adoption, and support instructors’ digital and pedagogical development through one-to-one sessions.

Previously, I ran freelance training programmes with up to 10 simultaneous classes, designed assessments and reports, and coordinated a small teaching team. At Toyota Argentina, I translated technical, systems and automation documentation and interpreted for technology-project meetings and training.

I also built and managed an independent business for eight years, overseeing operations, production, logistics, financial administration, and digital ordering channels. I bring bilingual English-Spanish communication, practical process improvement, and hands-on experience connecting people with emerging technology.
