What I'm looking for
I am a customer-service driven IT support professional with hands-on experience as a front desk receptionist and IT intern; I deliver clear communication, timely problem-solving, and a welcoming client experience. I used Zoho CRM to manage student records, monitored international education policy updates, and maintained professional front-desk operations.
I have assisted with computer and software installation, classroom tech setup, Wi‑Fi and network troubleshooting, and hardware monitoring while supporting staff with basic technical issues.
