I lead Cognizant’s ML Content data-quality program for Google’s L1 service desk automation initiative, owning delivery from interviewing and deployment through workflow lifecycle management.
I guide LLM training and fine-tuning, AI response validation, and technical tagging strategies that support four AI models in production. I also build internal Google web apps and performance dashboards to improve frontline rating and data accuracy.
Previously, I led daily operations and quality programs for Google Search, Google Assistant, and Bard, maintaining over 95% accuracy on critical Search results data while developing SOPs, training analysts, and automating repeatable work.
