What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own internal communications, calendar and stakeholder coordination, and event/operational support—staying organized under pressure while contributing to clear, efficient team execution.

I’m an Administrative Professional and Internal Communications Specialist who thrives in fast-paced environments. I’ve built a track record of handling multiple priorities, coordinating stakeholders, and keeping office operations running smoothly.

At Leroy Merlin (2025–Present), I manage calendars for senior leadership and liaise across internal and international meetings with our overseas branch. I coordinate press and internal engagements, plan monthly/quarterly schedules, maintain planning registers, and write and circulate meeting minutes after approval.

Before that, as a Communication Assistant (2022–2025), I supported teams and management with scheduling, emails, report preparation, and internal campaign planning. I also coordinated supplier onboarding documentation and helped with event coordination and logistics.

My background also includes Administrative Support during my internship and Junior Bookkeeper responsibilities, including VAT and income tax administration, PAYE/SDL/UIF calculations, and preparation of IRP5/IT3 and draft financial statements. I bring strong attention to detail, reliable execution under pressure, and a commitment to clear, timely communication.
