Liesl Ayers

I am a creative operations and hospitality professional with a background in interior design, small business ownership, property and project management, and human-centered leadership. I build calm, intentional spaces and experiences through thoughtful design and strong relationships.

I founded and operate a furnished rental portfolio, managing property readiness, guest experience, operations, brand identity, contractor teams, remodels and pricing strategy. I develop visual storytelling and written content to support marketing and guest engagement.

I managed a multi-year home rebuild and estate stewardship following a wildfire loss, coordinating contractors, permitting, budgets and ADA adaptations while serving as primary caregiver. That period developed my resilience, complex project management and calm leadership under stress.

Previously I owned and ran a brick-and-mortar and online retail and creative studio, leading merchandising, sourcing, photography, custom restorations and collaborations with local makers. I engage in community education and volunteerism focused on gardening, mycology and creative writing.
