I’m a Conversion-Focused UX Sr. Specialist with 20+ years of experience in IT and digital systems, focused on UX and CRO analysis. I help businesses and website owners understand why users don’t convert—and what to improve—by pinpointing friction points, trust issues, and unclear conversion paths.
