I am a motivated Mid-Level data analyst with a strong background in business and Human Resources, now specializing in data engineering and analytics. Recently, I completed IBM’s Data Analyst Professional Certificate and am actively building a Python-based project portfolio focused on the Scottish employment sector and e-commerce datasets. My experience includes translating complex data into clear insights and building automated workflows that enhance decision-making.

In my recent role as an HR Service Desk Assistant at The James Hutton Institute, I created advanced Excel-based dashboards and automated reporting tools that streamlined HR reporting. I also developed process automation solutions during a system migration project and produced accurate, GDPR-compliant reports to support strategic workforce planning.
