I’m a Production Manager with 4+ years of experience managing publishing workflows, Shopify e-commerce operations, digital product delivery, inventory planning, retail coordination, and cross-functional projects. I bring a detail-driven, operations-first mindset to launching and sustaining high-quality product experiences.

At JubilateMusicGroup LLC, I lead the strategy, setup, and ongoing management of over 2,000 Operations & Project Management workflows. I oversee the full production cycle of 70+ new releases annually by coordinating with editors, engravers, designers, recording studios, and printers to meet strict release deadlines.

I also partner with Shopify developers to design and implement a custom digital-download fulfillment system that streamlines product delivery and improves the customer purchasing experience. I manage a comprehensive catalog of physical and digital titles (including inventory, oversight, and reprinting coordination), recruit and supervise interns and part-time staff, and create digital marketing assets that support product launches and customer engagement.
