What I'm looking for

I seek a hands-on support role in a collaborative company that values customer service, growth, and opportunities to relocate to Mallorca, Spain.

I am an application support technician with strong customer-service focus and team leadership experience, currently overseeing a small helpdesk team and ensuring SLA compliance.

I have hands-on experience with application support, JIRA and Atlassian tools, SQL, Active Directory, PHP and Microsoft Azure, and I produce reports and analyses that drive operational improvements.

At Nexus Vehicle Management I review ticket trends, design helpdesk workflows to cut manual effort, and serve as the primary contact for IRIS and Jira across the organisation.

I hold ITIL 4 Foundation and other certifications, I am committed to continuous learning (including AI and languages), and I am actively seeking relocation opportunities in Mallorca, Spain.
