What I'm looking for

I'm open to fully remote international opportunities while remaining based in Brazil, and I'm available for contractor arrangements or employment.

I am a Senior BI Analyst and Data Team Lead with five years of experience in data analysis and BI. I combine Power BI, SQL, Python, ETL and stakeholder communication with hands-on delivery and team leadership.

At Grupo PLL, I lead two analysts and manage the Power BI environment. I consolidated more than 100 dashboards into 20 and six client dashboards into one. I optimized MySQL queries for more than ten dashboards from nearly five minutes to no more than 20 seconds. I also automate hourly Laboratory and Finance reporting with Python, MySQL, APIs and Google Sheets, and build median-based volume analysis and Grafana alerts.

At INDICO, I led three data professionals and introduced PostgreSQL, Python, R and Power BI into a team previously reliant on Excel. I reduced reporting turnaround from 20 to seven days, automated ten recurring reports and cut daily operational effort by approximately two-thirds.

I am based in Brazil and fluent in English. I am seeking fully remote international BI and data automation opportunities, including contractor arrangements or employment while remaining in Brazil.
