Previously, at Loylty Rewardz Management, I managed operations for 25+ banking partners and 100+ retail brands, with revenue over ₹120 Crores. I directed teams of more than 120 employees across customer service, rewards fulfilment, merchant onboarding, invoicing, MIS reporting, and partner operations.

My earlier work at WNS and IBM built my foundation in customer support, travel operations, workforce planning, quality standards, and service delivery for US and APAC markets.
