I'm looking to build reliable AI automation and business systems that remove manual work, improve operational execution, and create measurable value across teams.

At Wave Nine, I built automation and business systems across lead routing, client implementation, support operations, and executive reporting. I created a client implementation delivery workflow that saved an estimated 6–8 hours of manual work each week, a HubSpot support ticket pipeline, and AI-assisted outbound prospecting workflows.

I've also guided B2B SaaS clients through onboarding, API integrations, SSO, SCIM provisioning, and enterprise deployment. Before moving deeply into workflow engineering, I led support operations at VXI Global Holdings, coaching technical and billing teams, improving performance, and developing future leaders.
