At Neofin, I led end-to-end product design for a B2B SaaS fintech focused on collections management and recovery. I created Neo Analytics to make product-event data and behavioral metrics more accessible, supporting data-driven decisions across the team.

I’ve spent over seven years connecting user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility across web and mobile products. My work spans discovery, research, information architecture, prototyping, design systems, analytics, and front-end collaboration, including product experiences for negotiation flows, customer portals, omnichannel communication, and AI-supported features.
