I’m an Infrastructure Automation Engineer with 7+ years building PowerShell workflows for infrastructure operations—resource tagging, file processing, and YAML configuration—across enterprise and MSP environments. I focus on automating reliably while keeping production stable under real operational pressure.

In my current Enterprise infrastructure role, I own New Relic monitoring end-to-end and administer Azure SSO and hybrid identity infrastructure for a production environment of 1,600+ servers. I ensure accurate data collection, timely alerting, and validated change management sequencing so configuration updates are staged and confirmed before deployment.

I’ve built automation that directly supports performance and scale, including large-file splitting for AWS S3 uploads and management of YAML and .config files. I also coordinate server migrations from Windows Server 2008 R2/2012 to 2019 and 2022, sequencing Storage Migration Service deployments to preserve production continuity, while overseeing VMware server inventory and escalating hardware incidents.

Previously, I supported an MSP environment managing server infrastructure, disaster recovery, and compliance for 1,300+ users. I integrated Active Directory with Microsoft Azure via ADSync, deployed MFA using Duo and Microsoft Authenticator, and validated backup and disaster recovery processes—plus provided client-facing infrastructure implementation and consulting experience as a systems and field engineer.
