I’m a Finance Operations Manager with 7 years of experience in international finance operations, finance systems, reporting.
At Luxoft, I worked across 30+ legal entities in the US, Europe, and APAC. My work covered reconciliations, month-end activities, corporate card programs, expense operations, reporting controls, new systems integration and finance workflows.
Over time, I moved further into systems implementation and operational improvement. I led SAP Concur rollout across multiple entities, also led corporate card integrations with such banks as American Express, Citi, Raiffeisen, worked with Oracle ERP and Tableau reporting, and partnered with Finance, IT, banking providers, and regional teams to make processes more consistent and easier to run.
One example was combining Tableau reporting with automated Concur notifications, which helped reduce outstanding employee balances from around $500K to about $10K. I also built and led a team of 6 accountants, setting up team structure, workload planning, KPIs, and day-to-day process ownership.
