At PPG, I joined the finance function while a new manufacturing site was being established and helped set up day-to-day processes. I also contributed to developing the site's Shared Services Center, which became the centralized accounting function supporting PPG operations across Russia.

I supported Oracle implementation and prepared weekly cash flow forecasts covering receipts, obligations, and payments. I handled banking, payments, documentation, and reporting deadlines, and later trained new employees and led a four-person finance team.

Earlier, I worked in accounting at Kverneland Group and Russian companies, including foreign currency operations, reconciliations, and reporting. Since 2023, I’ve independently managed international client projects, using AI tools and agents for research and recurring workflows.
