I’m experienced in lender draw documentation, released construction funds tracking ($500K+ to date), and ownership-ready reporting. I develop property-level P&Ls and custom break-even models, then use occupancy, revenue per unit, and guest reviews to pinpoint operational improvements and revenue protection strategies.
I also handle reconciliation and reporting end-to-end, including reconciling QuickBooks records with external card expenses and monitoring payroll time logs to mitigate internal revenue leakage. On the execution side, I sequence subcontractor timelines and coordinate vendor readiness to reduce delays.
Previously, as a Tax Analyst at Ametek, I prepared and presented 150 tax reports using Excel and Thomson Reuters OneSource, and led a transition to a SharePoint file repository for scalability.
