What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead and coordinate impactful projects—especially in education and equal opportunity—where I can strengthen partnerships, manage stakeholders, and turn strategy into measurable results for underserved communities.

I’m Leo—an experienced coordinator working at the intersection of project management and client/stakeholder engagement. With a Master degree in national and international project management (2022–2024), I focus on structuring initiatives that deliver sustainable, equitable outcomes.

Across my roles, I lead partnerships, communications, and program operations with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management. During my time strengthening inclusive development and cross-cultural collaboration in the Philippines, my commitment to global solidarity and access to opportunities became even more personal and practical.

In CSR and NGO programs, I translate strategy into execution: I coordinated sponsorship activities by visiting 200 families and scholars, monitored nine programs financially, raised €2,000 for school renovation, and organized local events with benefactors and French sponsors. At KUEHNE + NAGEL, I served as a CSR Project Manager, facilitating meetings with 10 senior managers, running workshops, and supporting initiatives including a monthly newsletter on digital sobriety.

I also bring a client-engagement mindset. At TELEPERFORMANCE, I handled and processed technical files for 80 enquiries per week via chat, email, and phone, while managing relationships and performance monitoring. Prior to that, I coordinated support at the Red Cross—organizing food for homeless people, submitting accommodation requests weekly, and managing inventory—while further developing partnership-focused communication as a Communication and Partnerships Assistant.
