At Ripley, I developed Android applications with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, including apps for PAX devices running Android 7 with limited resources. I optimized data loading on legacy devices, reducing execution time by approximately 75%, from 20 seconds or more to around 5 seconds.
I also developed and integrated backend services using TypeScript, Node.js, REST APIs, and microservices. I migrated legacy Fragment-based components to Jetpack Compose and created Claude Code skills and development guidelines for AI-assisted migrations and testing.
At Mercado Libre, I developed Android applications with Kotlin and Java and contributed to backend development using Java 11, Spring, and REST APIs. I also implemented features informed by user behavior and operational metrics, and developed unit tests with over 80% test coverage. In my ongoing freelance work, I build full-stack web solutions, REST APIs, backend logic, and databases.
