With a strong interest in IT support and systems troubleshooting, I am eager to contribute to a company's goals by efficiently completing tasks and supporting end-users. During my studies, I successfully designed and implemented a Java-based Point of Sales Inventory System for a bookstore, showcasing my ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical projects.
