I’m looking for a role where I can combine administrative excellence with AI evaluation and data quality work—supporting model improvement through prompt testing, response rating, and fact-checked research, while contributing to efficient workflows and strong customer outcomes.

I’m a detail-oriented, results-driven administrative and customer support professional with over 3 years of experience managing inquiries, improving service delivery, and keeping accurate records through CRM systems. I built customer service procedures that improved response efficiency and collaborated across teams to strengthen workflows in remote environments.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, I’m growing into AI evaluation and research-driven quality work, including prompt engineering, data annotation, fact-checking, and AI response rating and ranking.
