Previously, as an Office Administrator, I managed confidential client records, performed high-volume data entry, and organized documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. I handled customer communications, maintained scheduling, and used Microsoft Office daily alongside Google Workspace—so I’m comfortable owning tasks end-to-end and learning new workflows quickly.
