What I'm looking for
I’m a senior insurance and bancassurance professional with 12+ years across life, investment-linked (unit-linked), and general insurance in the UAE and East Africa. I specialize in driving insurance sales through bank distribution channels, partnering with Relationship Managers to deliver needs-based protection, savings, and investment solutions.
Currently, I manage an HNW portfolio at a Dubai insurance broker across the full policy lifecycle—from quotation to claims and renewal. I lead compliant onboarding (KYC and underwriting requirements), run financial needs analysis and insurance comparisons, and negotiate with insurers and underwriters on terms, premiums, and pre-existing condition assessments.
I also build capability through coaching and training with full regulatory compliance, including delivering Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) training to 50+ agents.
