What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build conversational AI assistants that execute real workflows (book, reschedule, cancel) with strong guardrails, multilingual support, and reliable tool-run verification—ideally with end-to-end ownership from architecture to debugging.

I design conversational AI that completes real tasks—not chit-chat. My live assistant, PromptLab (promptlab.pt), runs on WhatsApp and carries the full booking conversation: it books, reschedules, and cancels appointments from free-text messages in the customer’s own language, resolving ambiguous time requests and never inventing appointments it didn’t create.

Under the hood, I use a conversational state-machine booking flow over native LLM tool-use with dedup, guardrails, and graceful mid-flow recovery when users change their minds. Before coding, I spent ~6 years handling multilingual support conversations by hand, so I know where these dialogues break—and I build for reliability with server-side execution, identity from the authenticated WhatsApp contact, and tool-run verification.
