With Deskpilot, I built a fullstack AI-assisted support system where an agent handles tickets and drafts responses from a knowledge base, with human approval required before it takes action. I implemented the agent in .NET using Microsoft Agent Framework, with paused executions saved in PostgreSQL.
I also implemented retrieval-augmented generation using pgvector, and exposed tickets and knowledge through MCP so AI assistants can use the system. I secured the application against prompt injection and tested it with xUnit, Vitest, and Playwright.
At Cybersaurus AB, I worked with clients to translate requirements into technical solutions, developing websites with WordPress, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript, and web applications with ReactJS, NodeJS, and MySQL. I worked in agile environments using Scrum and Kanban.
At Forefront Consulting AB, I developed and migrated features from the scheduling app Pitch Planning to a mobile platform using React Native, TypeScript, and Redux. At Zmarta AB, I developed and tested features for Elskling, implemented A/B tests and feature flags, and worked with Contentful, Storybook, and CI/CD pipelines.
