What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing automotive role where I can apply vehicle service knowledge, tire sales expertise, pricing, and workshop coordination to build customer loyalty and support efficient operations.

At Tiger Wheel & Tyre, I manage end-to-end client consultations, recommending tire types, tread designs, and wheel configurations based on vehicles and driving habits. I prepare competitive quotations that support gross margin and customer retention.

Previously, I supported workshop operations at SD Group and Rymar Auto, coordinating service appointments, repair schedules, billing, documentation, and customer inquiries. I use my engineering maintenance knowledge and diesel mechanics training to bridge communication between technicians and customers.
