My name is Leanna Jones, and I am a dedicated professional with a strong background in customer service and leadership. I thrive in fast-paced environments where I can utilize my critical thinking skills to solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction. My experience at Mamie’s Kitchen Biscuits has equipped me with the ability to serve a high volume of customers while maintaining a focus on their needs and expectations.

In addition to my work experience, I have demonstrated leadership as the Front Ensemble Captain for the Rockdale County High School Marching Band. This role allowed me to lead practices, manage equipment logistics, and oversee my peers, further enhancing my teamwork and communication skills.
